Shape Cut Pricing - Additional Cost per sign

Shape cut pricing below is based on an additional charge added to our regular 4mm sign prices. There is a setup fee of $40.00 plus an additional unit price per sign, based on the size of the sign:

$40.00 base charge +additional Unit $ per sign as follows.

12"x12" or smaller: $1.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 12"x18": $1.25 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 16"x24": $1.50 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 24"x24": $2.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 24"x32": $3.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 24"x48": $4.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 32"x48": $5.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 48"x48": $8.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.
Up to 48"x96": $15.00 ea. added to regular unit prices.

Additional Information & Specifications:

Actual cut sizes are 1/2" smaller than our standard sizes, to account for extra space at edge of sign needed for cutting.
Pricing valid with at least 1/4" white space around the cut path (additional charges for bleed or close front/back registration.
Based on vector artwork supplied for cut path, or additional art charges might apply.
There may be additional charges for complex, detailed cutting, or internal cut outs.
We always confirm pricing once artwork has been submitted.

Prices are for 4mm coroplast only. We can route 10mm coroplast but the cost is higher - contact us for a quote.
